Falooda


Hello, Presenting Falooda a refreshing dessert!

Ingredients:

100 ml Syrup (Rose / Pineapple)
150 ml Milk
50 gms Sabja Seeds (aka Canna edulus)
Few strands of boiled Vermicelli

Topping
1 Scoop Ice-Cream, Vanilla

Garnish
mix of Dry fruits (cashew, Badam, Peanuts)

Method:

- Soak the seeds in water for 20 mins.
- Take a tall glass & place in the seeds.
- Then add in the vermicelli.
- Now add in the syrup.
- Gently pour in the milk.
- Now add the scoop of Ice-cream
- Garnish with mix dry fruits
- Serve Chilled.

I've seen this picture before. It belongs to Ashwini of Food for Thought.

Maybe you are not aware but it's not right to copy others' pictures without their explicit permission, unless they have made these pictures available under the Creative Commons licence.

I would strongly recommend that you start taking your own pictures - digital cameras are available easily in India now. Or, you request the owner of the picture for permission to use it on your blog.
